Job Requirements
- Food handler's license
- Minimum education experience: some high school
- Preferred, but not absolute, experience in food service or similar environment
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in food handling or restaurant environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
- Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills to participate in daily meetings
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to operational systems like LEAN and timers
Job Duties
- Arriving to work on time and in complete uniform for every scheduled shift
- Conducting daily mini-meetings with your Food Quality Supervisor to ensure that you are meeting the needs of the kitchen
- Helping to complete task checklists for the kitchen
- Receiving truck/produce orders, as needed by the Food Quality Director or Supervisors
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, dry-storage, walk-ins, cage, and dumpster area
- Helping to comply with all systems, including LEAN and timers
- Allowing disciplinary issues and employee disputes to be handled by the Food Quality Director and the Human Resources Director
- Carrying out any other tasks related to your area deemed necessary by the Food Quality Director or Supervisors
