Job Duties
- Follow proprietary recipes and food safety standards to prepare signature frosting
- Apply frosting to cakes using standardized techniques
- Perform repeated baking processes for various cake flavors and sizes efficiently
- Rotate through utility position duties each shift to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Ensure all bakery equipment is cleaned and sanitized
- Support team members and management in maintaining a positive work environment
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines consistently
