Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or culinary education or relevant experience
- experience in kitchen catering or food production environment preferred
- basic understanding of food costs recipes and production workflows
- ability to work well in Microsoft 365
- detail-oriented dependable proactive with strong analytical skills
- ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
- good communication and coordination skills
- comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree culinary education or relevant experience
- proficiency in Microsoft 365

- knowledge of spreadsheet creation and maintenance
- experience with Caterease or similar database software preferred
Job Duties
- Provide general chef office support
- update cost and pricing documentation
- print new menus as received from the sales team
- prepare weekly food cost reports
- create and manage weekly labor reports
- update labor and production schedules as needed
- code invoices accurately
- assist chefs with daily ordering needs
- collaborate with the culinary coordinator on database projects
