Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Guarantee the excellence of dishes by meticulously cooking and preparing them as per customer instructions and kitchen guidelines
  • Track and control the amount of food being wasted and the inventory on hand, handling any food quality problems that arise
  • Encourage a strong teamwork approach between the employees who work behind the scenes and those who interact with customers
  • Foster the growth of crew members to lead in the kitchen down the line
  • Foster open and productive communication with both crew members and clients to deliver exceptional customer care and optimize productivity
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen environment
  • Keep an eye on kitchen devices to make sure they are maintained properly and swiftly repaired if any glitches occur
  • Follow safety measures to maintain a safe environment and prevent potential injuries
  • Comply with regulations by accurately completing material safety data sheets and implementing inventory rotation based on the first in, first out principle
