Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a managerial role in food service or restaurant operations
- current Food Handlers ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- strong leadership and team development abilities
- proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- develop team member and leaders into a motivated and cohesive team
- follow all Chick-fil-A standards and procedures
- coach team members and leaders to meet standards daily
- obtain and maintain Food Handlers ServSafe certification
- work closely with Food Safety Senior Team Leader to ensure safety guidelines compliance
- ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
- manage inventory and complete orders accurately and on time
