Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of industry experience preferred
- 1-2 years of inventory or related experience
- experience with statewide monitoring software (METRC)
- ability to run reports, cross-reference data, delegate tasks and meet strict deadlines
- comprehensive understanding of CCR packaging and labeling requirements provided by LARA and the state
- proficiency in active/inactive packages, package consolidation, sales, manifest creation, delivery operations, and maintaining inventory labels
- thorough understanding of all CRA/State of Michigan cannabis regulations for medical provisioning centers and adult-use retailers
- strong math skills
- proficiency using Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel and Word
- detail-oriented
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- able to work well both alone and with others
Job Duties
- Ensure the department's schedules and objectives are met by employees
- assist the General Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
- track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
- evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- coach and support new and existing BOH associates and supervisors
- manage physical inventory storage in compliance with CRA storage requirements
