Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours a week at varying times of the day
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to open and close the restaurant

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in a restaurant leadership role equivalent to manager
  • Preferred candidate will have completed college-level courses in business and or marketing and have experience in a related field

Job Duties

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Count drawers and finalize day
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
