Job Requirements

2 plus years line cook or prep cook experience
2 plus years restaurant experience

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years experience as a line cook or prep cook
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and advance culinary skills
Previous experience in a Mexican restaurant setting is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to Taco Mama's quality standards
Ensure clean and organized kitchen workstations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive kitchen environment
Train and mentor less experienced cooks as needed
Adapt to flexible work schedules and support busy service periods
