Job Requirements

  • Managers ServSafe certificate required
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous supervisory experience in foodservice industry preferred
  • ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • compliance with company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • valid Manager's ServSafe certificate
  • experience in food service supervision preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication and leadership abilities
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products
  • maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget
  • supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented
  • maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours
  • follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment
  • perform other duties as assigned
