Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Capability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Must work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Completed restaurant training program
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Prior restaurant back-of-house food preparation experience
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen stations and cooking methods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow financial acumen
  • Preferred SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure quality preparation and presentation of menu items
  • Maintain safe sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
  • Conduct line checks to ensure consistency and quality
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
  • Support cost control efforts including food and labor costs
  • Train, motivate, and coach BOH team members
