Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Capability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completed restaurant training program
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Prior restaurant back-of-house food preparation experience
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen stations and cooking methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow financial acumen
- Preferred SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure quality preparation and presentation of menu items
- Maintain safe sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
- Conduct line checks to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Support cost control efforts including food and labor costs
- Train, motivate, and coach BOH team members
