Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods without breaks
- exposure to heat, smoke and cold
- ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- high level of mobility and flexibility for periods up to eight hours or longer
- effective communication with peers, managers and guests
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- good communication skills

- ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- multitasking and time management skills
Job Duties
- Prep food products
- ensure food products are stored properly, according to food safety protocols
- prepare customer orders accurately and timely
- perform all responsibilities and tasks of the position according to NEWK'S standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence
- help to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and high-quality work environment
