Job Requirements
- applicant must be 18 years of age or older
- able to provide legal documentation to work in the united states
- ability to work flexible schedules including opening and closing shifts
- physical ability to perform cleaning and food preparation tasks
- willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- commitment to following company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in restaurant or food service roles advantageous but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and standard operating procedures
- strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining high quality and consistency standards
Job Duties
- clean and maintain restaurant areas including restrooms kitchen dining and storage spaces
- wash dishes using 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all wares
- prepare assemble fold and steam dumplings following company standards
- prepare beverages at boba station plate appetizers and pack takeout orders following recipes and standard operating procedures
- cook wok dishes adhering to Din Tai Fung recipes cook times techniques and plating standards
- steam dumplings accurately ensuring quality consistency and timely service
