Job Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure all food products are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and quality
- Cook pizzas, sides, and other menu items in accordance with specified cooking times and temperatures
- Assemble pizzas and other food items accurately and efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Inspect food items for quality and consistency before they are served to customers
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Work closely with other BOH team members to coordinate food preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to fulfill orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold sanitary standards and health code regulations
- Follow Mountain Mike's Pizza policies and procedures regarding food preparation, safety, and operational guidelines
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to BOH responsibilities
