  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by following recipes accurately including labeling and storage
  • Complete prep list and manage assigned work position on line such as salads, sauté, grill, or tickets
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after shifts
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding tasks and kitchen needs
  • Clean and breakdown equipment as directed at the end of each shift
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service demands
