Job Requirements

- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-6 hours per shift
- Capability to lift and carry weights of 30-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare food by following recipes accurately including labeling and storage
- Complete prep list and manage assigned work position on line such as salads, sauté, grill, or tickets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after shifts
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding tasks and kitchen needs
- Clean and breakdown equipment as directed at the end of each shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service demands
