Job Duties

  • As a crucial member of our Bar team, the Back of Bar Attendant ensures the seamless and efficient flow of operations within the bar area
  • You will be vital in assisting our Bartenders, allowing them to concentrate on delivering exceptional drink service and crafting memorable experiences for our Guests
  • Plays a key role in providing excellent beverage service that complements our food and entertainment, contributing to a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for our Guests
  • Keeps the Bartender and supervising manager promptly informed of any low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
  • Offers efficient assistance by quickly replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice reservoirs are full, helping to minimize Guest wait times
  • Maintains a positive and helpful demeanor while supporting the Bartenders and anticipating their needs during peak service periods
  • Aids with Guest inquiries by communicating information to the Bartender and ensuring the bar environment is clean and well-organized for a positive Guest interaction
  • Supports the Bartender by swiftly and efficiently retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other required items
  • Ensures that used glassware is collected and the bar area remains neat and organized throughout service
  • Informs the Bartender or Manager of any Guest issues or concerns noticed at the bar
  • Adheres to all company rules and regulations concerning responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
  • Responsible for stocking and organizing all bar-related provisions, including spirits, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, in designated storage locations
  • Assists with periodic inventory checks of bar stock as needed
  • Checks and replenishes all necessary bar supplies before, during, and after service
  • Reports any shortages to the Manager
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire bar area, including countertops, shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas
  • Provides support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth overall operations
  • Maintains positive working relationships with all Dave & Buster's team members to foster a supportive and productive work environment

  • Be able to lift and transport items such as beverage cases, ice bins, and bus tubs, weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Move efficiently within the bar area and stand for extended periods of time
  • Be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of their work shift
  • Frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar
