Job Duties

  • prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards
  • cook products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
  • assemble sandwiches and package them
  • clean, slice, and prepare produce
  • temper and label products with discard date
  • monitor holding times and discard expired products
  • clean, organize, and restock all stations
  • clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
  • provide positive guest service
  • follow guest service guidelines
  • handle food according to safety and sanitation requirements
  • support restaurant management goals
  • follow food and cash control guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness and safety
