Job Duties
- prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards
- cook products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
- assemble sandwiches and package them
- clean, slice, and prepare produce
- temper and label products with discard date
- monitor holding times and discard expired products
- clean, organize, and restock all stations
- clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
- provide positive guest service
- follow guest service guidelines
- handle food according to safety and sanitation requirements
- support restaurant management goals
- follow food and cash control guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and safety
