Job Duties
- Prepare quality food products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
- assemble sandwiches and package items according to standards
- clean, slice, and prepare produce to meet demand
- temper and label products with discard dates
- monitor holding times and discard expired products
- clean, organize, and restock stations
- clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
- provide positive guest service experiences
- follow guest service guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction
- work assigned stations accurately and maintain cleanliness
- handle food products per food safety and sanitation requirements
- consistently produce quality work
- support management decisions and perform additional duties as assigned
- follow all food and cash control guidelines
