Job Duties
- Prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards with strict adherence to safe food handling practices
- Cook products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
- Assemble sandwiches and wrap or package them
- Clean, slice and prepare produce to meet business demand
- Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management
- Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products
- Clean, organize, and restock all stations
- Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
- Provide a positive guest service experience
- Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- Ensure all guests receive hot, quality products
- Handle all food products according to company procedures
- Follow all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during shifts
- Support goals, decisions and directives of the Restaurant Management Team
- Follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls
- Use products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly
