Job Duties

  • Prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards with strict adherence to safe food handling practices
  • Cook products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
  • Assemble sandwiches and wrap or package them
  • Clean, slice and prepare produce to meet business demand
  • Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management
  • Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products
  • Clean, organize, and restock all stations
  • Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
  • Provide a positive guest service experience
  • Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • Ensure all guests receive hot, quality products
  • Handle all food products according to company procedures
  • Follow all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during shifts
  • Support goals, decisions and directives of the Restaurant Management Team
  • Follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls
  • Use products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly
