Job Duties
- Prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards
- Cook products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
- Assemble sandwiches and wrap or package them
- Clean, slice and prepare produce to meet business demand
- Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management
- Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products
- Clean, organize, and restock all stations
- Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
- Provide positive guest service experience
- Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- Ensure guests receive hot, quality products prepared according to Menu Standards
- Handle all food products according to company procedures
- Follow food safety and sanitation requirements
- Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
- Support restaurant management goals and directives
- Follow all company food and cash control guidelines
- Properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
