Job Duties

  • Prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards
  • Cook products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
  • Assemble sandwiches and wrap or package them
  • Clean, slice and prepare produce to meet business demand
  • Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management
  • Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products
  • Clean, organize, and restock all stations
  • Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
  • Provide positive guest service experience
  • Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • Ensure guests receive hot, quality products prepared according to Menu Standards
  • Handle all food products according to company procedures
  • Follow food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
  • Support restaurant management goals and directives
  • Follow all company food and cash control guidelines
  • Properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
