Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties

- Customer service experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements
- Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates
- Exhibit exceptional communications skills and demonstrate flexibility and patience
- Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared
- Supervise the activities of food-service associates in the dining room to ensure proper customer service, food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Help train new food-service team members
- Supervise the closing of the assigned dining room and ensure side work and station setup is properly completed
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety procedures and help evacuate guests to safety in the event of fire or other emergency
- Assist with service, including occasional bussing and food service, while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines
- Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties and during special events or functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
