Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years relevant experience in spirits and/or beverage industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties
- Manage and strengthen key relationships within designated on-premise and off-premise accounts through a consultative and influential approach
- Track activities and submit consistent activity reports including KPI progress, account visits, trainings, accomplishments, competitive activities, and special projects
- Participate in overall market commercial planning through regular team meetings
- Efficiently manage travel and entertainment budget as well as monthly activation budget
- Execute activities to drive sales, promotional activations, and training bar staff on Bacardi's product portfolio
- Lead meetings with key on-premise accounts to develop strong working relationships and present Bacardi brands
- Responsible for sales objectives including account management, new distribution, drink features, and program development and execution
- Deliver year-over-year growth within account list while meeting monthly KPIs
- Be visible at key local events and participate in executing national initiatives
- Actively participate in promotions and events, often during evenings or weekends
- Stay informed of customer and consumer trends and develop programs to capitalize on them
- Provide market and competitive brand updates to supervisor including changes affecting volumes and staffing
