Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
  • minimum of 10 months of coursework completed in a behavior analysis program
  • completion of at least 500 total fieldwork hours with 300 hours unrestricted
  • must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • passion for working with children with autism
  • integrity and high standards of quality
  • ability to be transparent and innovative as a behavior analyst

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
  • completed a minimum of 10 months of coursework in behavior analysis
  • completion of at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at least 300 unrestricted
  • must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • strong passion for helping children with autism
  • ability to uphold high ethical and quality standards
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Conduct individualized ABA therapy sessions
  • assess and analyze behavioral data
  • develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • collaborate with families and other professionals
  • maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • engage in community events and outreach activities
