Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- minimum of 10 months of coursework completed in a behavior analysis program
- completion of at least 500 total fieldwork hours with 300 hours unrestricted
- must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- passion for working with children with autism
- integrity and high standards of quality
- ability to be transparent and innovative as a behavior analyst
