  • Ability to work closing shifts and one weekend day

Job Duties

  • Provide service and escalation support for top accounts through making complex bookings and assisting with modifications to previously booked reservations
  • Communicate and uphold policies while fulfilling travel advisor expectations
  • Provide first call resolution
  • Increase vacation values by offering upgrades that enhance the customer experience
  • Utilize multiple systems and provide education and support to travel advisors on all booking systems
  • Focus on problem resolution and sales skills with attention to detail to maintain profitability
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values
