Job Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination B2B marketing or partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot Mailchimp Google Analytics preferred

Job Duties
- Onboard new affiliates and partners into the marketing program
- Maintain ongoing communication ensuring affiliates have the assets and support needed
- Track affiliate performance providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager and CRO
- Support and execute affiliate-driven campaigns promotions and partner launches
- Draft and distribute newsletters announcements and updates to affiliates and partners
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and B2B team to align messaging with company goals
- Maintain the B2B website and execute the creation of marketing collateral
- Coordinate booth design shipping and setup for B2B events may require traveling
- Manage event logistics including vendor communication asset prep and marketing materials
- Support in-person or virtual event execution including lead capture presentations follow-ups
- Partner with the Social Media and Communications Coordinator to ensure B2B social and community content aligns with brand messaging
- Collaborate with the Paid Ads Agency on B2B ad campaigns when relevant
- Support the Manager with special projects or new B2B initiatives
