Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing business or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B event marketing
  • Proven track record in sponsorship negotiation and event ROI measurement
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Passion for pets

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B event marketing experience
  • Experience in broker and consultant event programming is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated experience in owning sponsorship strategy and measuring event ROI
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for lead management and campaign execution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Passion for pets

Job Duties

  • Own conference strategy and execution across priority B2B events including event selection and sponsorship negotiation
  • Design and execute event programming that deepens strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop sponsorship strategy and measurement frameworks to connect event investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Manage event logistics and coordinate with external vendors and internal teams
  • Analyze event performance data to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with overall business objectives
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience at all events
