Job Requirements

  • must have alcohol awareness work card
  • must have health work card
  • must have non gaming work card
  • vision hearing speech and literacy skills
  • ability to work in smoky environment with moderate to loud noise
  • ability to walk stand or stoop up to 100 percent of the time
  • ability to sustain concentrated attention to detail for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • at least four years of related experience in food and beverage operations preferably in a casino environment
  • excellent written verbal and group presentation communication skills
  • ability to effectively interact with individuals or small groups
  • computer literate with proficiency in microsoft word excel and property management systems
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to multitask
  • must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

  • review and research all department financial reports including monthly profit and loss statements and prepare the p and l variance report
  • consistently emphasize staff training to increase guest service standards
  • provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures and recommend methods to improve efficiency and service
  • formulate training outlines for job standards to ensure all employees understand and have skills to provide quality internal and external guest service
  • develop and train management staff programs
  • ensure management staff follow department policies and procedures guidelines
  • ensure employee schedules align with business volume
  • ensure restaurants are clean organized and functioning properly
  • maintain restaurant equipment
  • enforce health safety and sanitation standards
