Job Requirements

  • Able to hear, see and speak
  • Able to speak, read and write in English
  • Able to smile and make eye contact to make a friendly impression when greeting guests, vendors and other employees
  • Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain food handler certification
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information
  • Must display and live out Lead with Love principles by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, and dedicated
  • Must be willing to constantly improve
  • Must have professional appearance with good personal hygiene

Job Duties

  • Check with manager for daily forecast training standard objectives
  • Stock and present food and beverage items to standard
  • Inspect dining room for cleanliness, proper supply levels and proper staffing
  • Order and requisition food and supplies through lead or sous chef
  • Complete daily starting and ending inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes
  • Make specialty beverages to standard
  • Use POS accurately
  • handle cash and credit card transactions as directed
  • Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management
  • Participate in daily line ups
  • Practice service standards and current training throughout service
  • Assume duties of supervisor in absence or as directed
  • Management reserves the right to change and or add to these duties at any time
