Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- assist customers by recommending gardening products and answering questions
- stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- water and care for plants throughout the store
- answer phones and handle customer inquiries
- ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- assist customers with carrying out their purchases
