Job Requirements
- Education in culinary arts or related field
- previous experience in a sous chef or similar role within a high-volume kitchen
- strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- proficiency in inventory and cost control management
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to uphold company standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- minimum of 3-5 years experience as a sous chef or in a related leadership culinary role
- demonstrated ability to develop and execute refined recipes
- proven leadership and mentoring skills
- strong understanding of food quality control
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- familiarity with budget management and cost control
- excellent teamwork and communication abilities
