Job Requirements

  • Education in culinary arts or related field
  • previous experience in a sous chef or similar role within a high-volume kitchen
  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
  • proficiency in inventory and cost control management
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to uphold company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification
  • minimum of 3-5 years experience as a sous chef or in a related leadership culinary role
  • demonstrated ability to develop and execute refined recipes
  • proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • strong understanding of food quality control
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • familiarity with budget management and cost control
  • excellent teamwork and communication abilities
