- previous food service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting and promoting company values
- perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards policies and procedures
- maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and confidently explain the menu making recommendations
- follow the department's steps of service consistently to ensure high-quality guest experience
- deliver food from kitchen to correct table in a timely and professional manner ensuring proper presentation garnishes temperature and quality
- provide bread and water service according to standards
- monitor guest satisfaction anticipate guest needs and address concerns or requests promptly escalating issues to servers or management when appropriate
- communicate effectively with kitchen expo and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders
- assist with setting up maintaining and breaking down dining room service stations and expo areas including condiments utensils and napkins
- clear tables and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware using prescribed methods
- maintain cleanliness organization and proper sanitation in all work areas including dining room kitchen back bar and service stations
- adhere to all health safety and sanitation standards at all times
- provide attentive friendly and personalized service throughout the dining experience
- assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers
