Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while promoting company values
  • perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
  • follow steps of service consistently
  • take accurate food and beverage orders including recommendations for seasonal items and wine pairings
  • proficient use of POS system
  • deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
  • provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service
  • maintain an organized and clean work area
  • anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • process payments accurately
  • adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • assist with dining area setup and breakdown
