Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while promoting company values
- perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- follow steps of service consistently
- take accurate food and beverage orders including recommendations for seasonal items and wine pairings
- proficient use of POS system
- deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
- provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service
- maintain an organized and clean work area
- anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- process payments accurately
- adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- assist with dining area setup and breakdown
