Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service preferably in a high-end or fine dining setting
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- knowledge of food safety standards
- team-oriented mindset
- professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting and promoting company values
- perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently explain menu to guests
- follow steps of service consistently
- take accurate food and beverage orders including recommendations for seasonal menu items, cooking preferences, and wine pairings
- proficiently use POS system
- deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring correct orders and presentation
- provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service
- maintain an organized and clean work area including dining room and service stations
- anticipate guest needs and address concerns in a timely manner
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff for smooth service
- process payments accurately and handle transactions following procedures
- adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- assist with setting up and breaking down dining area
- perform other duties as assigned by management
