Job Requirements

  • ability to communicate effectively with guests team members and management in both written and verbal form
  • must be able to speak read and write fluently in english
  • one year of experience in gourmet fine dining or high-volume restaurants
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • must possess or obtain a california food handler certification
  • ability to handle a flexible work schedule working weekends holidays and all shifts

Job Duties

  • support bartenders with daily shift operations including bar prep and setup
  • stock and restock liquor mixers ice glassware and garnishes
  • monitor guest satisfaction anticipate guest needs and address concerns or requests promptly
  • assist with setting up maintaining and breaking down the back bar
  • clear bars and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware using prescribed methods
  • maintain cleanliness organization and proper sanitation in all work areas
  • provide attentive friendly and personalized service throughout the dining experience
