Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- ability to operate reservation software such as OpenTable
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to grooming and appearance standards

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting company values
- perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- greet all guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival
- manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
- escort guests to their tables and present menus, explaining daily specials if needed
- follow the steps of service consistently as outlined by the department
- maintain organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance areas at all times
