Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years experience in professional culinary roles
- prior experience in kitchen leadership or management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- effective leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by living and promoting company values
- perform responsibilities per company standards, policies, and procedures
- oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food production, team coordination, and service efficiency
- direct, mentor, and support kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food preparation standards
- develop and execute recipes that align with the brand and guest expectations
- ensure food quality and consistency in taste, presentation, and portions
- manage production by reviewing events and forecasts to coordinate preparation
- maintain inventory and cost control, including budget planning and financial forecasting
- follow leadership directives from food and beverage operations and property management
- enforce safety and sanitation standards per department of health, OSHA, and company regulations
- schedule and assign team tasks efficiently while maintaining labor cost controls
- uphold departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- manage team performance through feedback, coaching, and corrective actions
- maintain accurate team records including attendance, payroll, and coaching documentation
