Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 5 years experience in professional culinary roles
  • prior experience in kitchen leadership or management
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • effective leadership and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by living and promoting company values
  • perform responsibilities per company standards, policies, and procedures
  • oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food production, team coordination, and service efficiency
  • direct, mentor, and support kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food preparation standards
  • develop and execute recipes that align with the brand and guest expectations
  • ensure food quality and consistency in taste, presentation, and portions
  • manage production by reviewing events and forecasts to coordinate preparation
  • maintain inventory and cost control, including budget planning and financial forecasting
  • follow leadership directives from food and beverage operations and property management
  • enforce safety and sanitation standards per department of health, OSHA, and company regulations
  • schedule and assign team tasks efficiently while maintaining labor cost controls
  • uphold departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • manage team performance through feedback, coaching, and corrective actions
  • maintain accurate team records including attendance, payroll, and coaching documentation
