Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • basic knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • willingness to learn and take direction
  • good communication skills and a polished professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a bartending or hospitality role preferred
  • knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar tools an advantage
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Support bartenders with daily shift operations including bar prep and setup
  • stock and restock liquor mixers ice glassware and garnishes
  • maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings confidently explain the menu and make recommendations
  • clear bars and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware using prescribed methods
  • maintain cleanliness organization and proper sanitation in all work areas including dining room kitchen back bar and service stations
  • assist with setting up maintaining and breaking down the back bar
  • monitor guest satisfaction anticipate guest needs and address concerns or requests promptly escalating issues to servers or management when appropriate
