Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- basic knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- willingness to learn and take direction
- good communication skills and a polished professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a bartending or hospitality role preferred
- knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar tools an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Support bartenders with daily shift operations including bar prep and setup
- stock and restock liquor mixers ice glassware and garnishes
- maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings confidently explain the menu and make recommendations
- clear bars and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware using prescribed methods
- maintain cleanliness organization and proper sanitation in all work areas including dining room kitchen back bar and service stations
- assist with setting up maintaining and breaking down the back bar
- monitor guest satisfaction anticipate guest needs and address concerns or requests promptly escalating issues to servers or management when appropriate
