Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow directions and company policies
- basic math skills
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- willingness to learn mixology and bar service techniques
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus
Job Duties
- Support bartenders with bar preparation and setup
- stock and restock liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- assist with setting up and breaking down the back bar
- monitor guest satisfaction and address needs
- clear bars and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware
- provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience
