Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow directions and company policies
  • basic math skills
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • willingness to learn mixology and bar service techniques
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus

Job Duties

  • Support bartenders with bar preparation and setup
  • stock and restock liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
  • assist with setting up and breaking down the back bar
  • monitor guest satisfaction and address needs
  • clear bars and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware
  • provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience
