Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- current CNA or HHA certificate valid in Massachusetts
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must have a valid US drivers license for at least one year
- must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks
- must be able to become MAP certified within 90 days
- must pass CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, certification, and driving record check
Job Qualifications

- strong time management skills
- strong writing skills
- ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks
- ability to become MAP certified within 90 days
- successful completion of CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, certification, and driving record checks
Job Duties
- assist persons served with activities of daily living
- administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan guidelines
- help individuals become more a part of their communities
- employ rehabilitation values, principles, and techniques including skills training
- assist in overcoming barriers to independence
- maintain high quality standards within the program
- collaborate with families, friends, and support staff to improve client outcomes
