Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current valid US drivers license for at least one year
  • Must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment
  • Must be able to become Medication Administration Plan certified within 90 days of employment
  • Must be able to pass CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA or HHA certification and driving record check

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist persons served with activities of daily living
  • Administer medication under Medication Administration Plan guidelines
  • Support individuals in community integration
  • Employ rehabilitation techniques and skills training
  • Collaborate with people served, families, and support staff
  • Maintain high quality standards of care
  • Participate in program quality improvement efforts
