Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
- Strong time management and writing skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current valid US drivers license for at least one year
- Must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment
- Must be able to become Medication Administration Plan certified within 90 days of employment
- Must be able to pass CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA or HHA certification and driving record check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist persons served with activities of daily living
- Administer medication under Medication Administration Plan guidelines
- Support individuals in community integration
- Employ rehabilitation techniques and skills training
- Collaborate with people served, families, and support staff
- Maintain high quality standards of care
- Participate in program quality improvement efforts
