Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business, healthcare management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience in a complex environment
  • Knowledge of food and nutrition, environmental services, patient transport, and hospital operations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, guests, staff, and physicians
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and manage multiple superior relationships

Job Duties

  • Provide senior leadership and operational oversight for environmental services, linen and laundry, food and nutrition, patient transport, and retail operations across Camden and Cape locations
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality service, professionalism, empathy, and engagement consistently
  • Manage department budgets and FTEs, address variances and implement creative solutions to maintain budget
  • Actively manage employee engagement through effective rounding and leadership practices
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, develop plans to address any deficiencies
  • Oversee vendor contracts, ensuring accountability to terms and conditions and reporting performance gaps
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to support organizational success and participate in community events
  • Support organizational initiatives and complete assigned projects to advance strategic goals
