- BA/BS degree in business, healthcare management, or related field
- At least 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience in a complex environment
- Knowledge of food and nutrition, environmental services, patient transport, and hospital operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, guests, staff, and physicians
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Provide senior leadership and operational oversight for environmental services, linen and laundry, food and nutrition, patient transport, and retail operations across Camden and Cape locations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality service, professionalism, empathy, and engagement consistently
- Manage department budgets and FTEs, address variances and implement creative solutions to maintain budget
- Actively manage employee engagement through effective rounding and leadership practices
- Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, develop plans to address any deficiencies
- Oversee vendor contracts, ensuring accountability to terms and conditions and reporting performance gaps
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to support organizational success and participate in community events
- Support organizational initiatives and complete assigned projects to advance strategic goals
