Job Requirements

  • successfully operated a complex healthcare delivery operation including clinical, financial, compliance, and regulatory responsibilities
  • excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
  • willingness and ability to travel
  • oversight of operational and profit and loss company
  • healthcare leadership experience in medical transport or emergency medical services
  • bachelor's degree or licensed pilot certification

Job Duties

  • lead operations of assigned portfolio by setting vision and strategy
  • develop and support implementation of shared goals
  • monitor and evaluate outcomes
  • represent Flight and Ambulance Services showing the organizational mission, vision, and values
  • act as a role model establishing culture of safety, service, and professionalism
  • ensure standardization of best practices driving continuous improvement
  • provide leadership to achieve a caregiver work environment aligned with organizational values
