Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in lodging or travel distribution technology product management strategy or related function
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Experience with lodging distribution systems reservations and revenue management systems channel partners technology and operations management

Job Duties
- Oversee global team including managers of managers responsible for hotel support connectivity and rate integrity
- Partner with key internal stakeholders including central reservation system team IT Global Contact Centers and regional commercial leaders to ensure business needs are met
- Lead hotel support team using latest technology and process management tools establishing and evolving performance metrics
- Lead global team providing connectivity to new distribution channels prioritize team resources and maintain existing connectivity partnerships
- Develop and manage project and program management processes ensuring alignment with Distribution strategy and deliverables
- Evaluate and implement process improvements leveraging technology automation and AI to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee rate integrity team managing external technology vendor relationships and program goals
- Serve as executive-level performance advisor fostering a high-performance and high-integrity team culture
- Represent Hyatt in commercial engagements with external partners and serve as liaison to internal business teams
- Lead special initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned
