Job Requirements

  • Current FAA Airframe Mechanic certificate or verified work history for FAA Airframe testing within six months of hire
  • Current FAA Repairman certificate or verified work history for certification within six months of hire
  • Five years of field maintenance experience for avionics systems on fixed wing and rotorcraft under 14 CFR Part 135
  • Documented avionics systems installation experience on modern aircraft
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical and avionics systems
  • Willingness to learn company manuals and applicable FAA regulations
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Commitment to integrity, safety, and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-sufficiency in technical and administrative functions

Job Qualifications

  • Current FAA Airframe Mechanic certificate or verified work history for Airframe testing approval
  • Current FAA Repairman certificate or verified work history for certification
  • Five years of experience in avionics field maintenance under 14 CFR Part 135 air carrier certificate
  • Documented experience with avionics systems installations on modern complex aircraft
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical and avionics systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties

  • Maintain and repair avionics systems in accordance with 14 CFR Part 145 regulations
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical and avionics systems
  • Install avionics systems on modern complex fixed wing and rotorcraft aircraft
  • Ensure compliance with technical data and regulatory standards
  • Learn and apply company General Maintenance Manual and SOP Manual
  • Work shifts including days, nights, weekends, and on-call periods
  • Exercise sound judgment in critical decision-making situations
