Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in aviation operations management
  • Knowledge of FAA TSA OSHA regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in aviation operations management
  • Strong knowledge of FAA TSA OSHA regulations and industry standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans
  • Experience with quality assurance and customer service in aviation
  • Proficiency in resource allocation and budget management
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily aviation operations including ground services cabin cleaning services janitorial services flight operations and maintenance coordination
  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations FAA TSA OSHA and company policies
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency safety and service quality
  • Collaborate with maintenance flight operations customer service and other departments to ensure integrated operations
  • Optimize resource allocation including personnel equipment and budgets
  • Lead and mentor operations teams providing communication training and development
  • Monitor team performance conduct meetings to align priorities and address challenges
  • Ensure operational activities meet or exceed industry safety standards
  • Oversee safety audits emergency drills and incident response plans
  • Stay updated on aviation regulations and adjust practices accordingly
  • Work with customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Implement quality assurance programs improving passenger experience and effectiveness
  • Address and resolve operational disruptions and service failures promptly
