Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Engineering from an accredited ABET university
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio or Tennessee
- Working knowledge of AutoCad, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office and other design software
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize work and meet scheduled deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work non-traditional hours with a flexible schedule
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Capability to perform onsite assignments outdoors that may require physical exertion
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Negotiate project scope, schedule and budget with clients for engineering agreements
- Coordinate, manage, and mentor supporting planners and engineers
- Coordinate with support departments for project completion
- Provide feedback to senior project managers, other engineers, and department manager regarding project schedule, profitability and department operations
- Manage multiple simultaneous assignments and maintain own schedule
- Demonstrate strong client development skills
- Exhibit company values of honesty, professionalism, consideration, dedication, and accountability at all times
