Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation related field
- minimum of 3 years experience in leadership role within Part 135 Operator
- 5 years managerial experience focusing on safety, operations, and client relations
- in-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, Part 135 Operations, pilot regulations, and aircraft maintenance
- proven success in quality assurance, audits, or customer service management
- experience in upselling or business development within an operations-heavy role
- excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ability to travel consistently
- proficiency in financial reports and P&L
- motivated, resourceful, energetic, and organized
- reliable, punctual, and flexible

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain all services meet or exceed quality standards
- conduct regular quality audits and inspections
- provide weekly performance reports to clients and ownership
- hold managers and supervisors accountable for results
- address customer concerns and complaints promptly
- serve as primary driver of financial growth
- identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- educate customers on additional services
- generate new business leads and proposals
- track upsell activity and report revenue impact
- conduct unannounced site visits for safety compliance
- lead safety meetings and training
- collaborate with Safety/Training Department
- ensure regulatory compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT
- establish relationships with airport and government authorities
- oversee repair and maintenance
- ensure certifications and compliance
- implement repair processes and schedules
- manage scheduling, staffing, and turnover
- train site managers and supervisors
- approve raises and monitor disciplinary issues
- coordinate training plans
- identify and close skill gaps
- foster communication among staff, management, and clients
- lead and mentor teams
- recruit, hire, and train personnel
- promote safety, quality, and improvement culture
- make P&L staffing, expansion, and purchasing decisions
- audit vehicles and equipment
- manage supply chain
- conduct monthly audits and check-ins
- ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports
- exhibit visible and motivational leadership
