Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement required
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain airport security clearance (SIDA badge)
- DOT medical certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in parking, transportation, or airport operations

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parking, transportation, or airport operations
- Supervisory experience in a union or multi-shift environment is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parking management systems
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of airport parking operations including self-parking, valet, employee parking, and shuttle services
- Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and transportation regulations
- Monitor and maintain parking equipment, signage, and facility cleanliness
- Supervise and schedule parking and shuttle personnel including drivers and attendants
- Provide training and ensure adherence to customer service and safety protocols
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
- Maintain a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and ensure all drivers meet licensing and safety requirements
- Operate shuttle vehicles as needed to support operations
- Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and DOT compliance
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with airport departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Implement service improvements based on customer feedback and operational data
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control for parking operations
- Monitor revenue collection systems and ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to leadership
