Job Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement required
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain airport security clearance (SIDA badge)
  • DOT medical certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in parking, transportation, or airport operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parking, transportation, or airport operations
  • Supervisory experience in a union or multi-shift environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parking management systems

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of airport parking operations including self-parking, valet, employee parking, and shuttle services
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and transportation regulations
  • Monitor and maintain parking equipment, signage, and facility cleanliness
  • Supervise and schedule parking and shuttle personnel including drivers and attendants
  • Provide training and ensure adherence to customer service and safety protocols
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
  • Maintain a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and ensure all drivers meet licensing and safety requirements
  • Operate shuttle vehicles as needed to support operations
  • Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and DOT compliance
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with airport departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Implement service improvements based on customer feedback and operational data
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control for parking operations
  • Monitor revenue collection systems and ensure accurate reporting
  • Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to leadership
