Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in aviation operations management
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations industry standards and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aviation-related software systems
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed
- Aviation experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of aviation operations including ground handling passenger services cargo operations and aircraft services
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations safety standards and company policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to aviation team including hiring training and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and other stakeholders
- Optimize resource allocation including personnel equipment and facilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement cost reduction and operational efficiency enhancements
- Develop and implement contingency plans and emergency procedures
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance including forecasting and expense control
- Implement quality assurance programs and performance metrics
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with internal teams external partners and stakeholders
