Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the time of internship
  • Sophomore, junior or senior class standing
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint

  • Ability to maintain confidential data
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Strong computer skills
  • Adaptability to change and continuous improvement mindset
  • Private and Instrument pilot license
  • Bilingual ability preferred
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business preferred
  • Commercial license preferred
  • Multi-engine license preferred
  • Certified Flight Instructor license preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in various routine duties including research and problem solving
  • Observe actual flights as a third crew member
  • Interact with Scheduling/Dispatch and Maintenance departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information
  • Work under supervision or independently as required
  • Support flight operations activities
  • Adhere to safety and operational protocols
