Job Requirements
- minimum of five years of progressive business aviation experience
- bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education experience and training
- ability to manage and successfully execute a workload that is often ambiguous and constantly changing
- proficiency in microsoft office suite programs and adobe acrobat pro
- knowledge of flight scheduling software for scheduling and recordkeeping
- strong written and oral communication skills
- willingness to work all days of the week including holidays and weekends per established work guidelines
Job Qualifications
- minimum of five years of progressive business aviation experience
- bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- faa aircraft dispatcher license highly preferred
- proficiency in microsoft office suite programs and adobe acrobat pro
- proficiency with flight scheduling software
- strong written and oral communication skills
- working knowledge of aviation activities and reporting requirements
- understanding of federal aviation administration regulations and international flight operations
